HOW WE HELP
HOW WE HELP
At New Beginnings Counseling, we understand that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're navigating anxiety, adjusting to life changes, or seeking support through trauma, we offer compassionate, personalized care rooted in evidence-based practices. Below, you’ll find an overview of our areas of expertise, therapeutic approaches, and insurance options—so you can feel confident and informed as you take your next steps toward healing.
Therapeutic Approaches
There’s no one-size-fits-all in therapy.
Our therapists use evidence-based approaches grounded in compassion, connection, and expertise. Whether you’re seeking practical tools, deep emotional healing, or support for your relationships, we’ll tailor our approach to meet you where you are.

Brainspotting is a trauma-informed therapy that uses specific eye positions to access deep areas of the brain where emotional pain and trauma may be stored. By focusing on these “brainspots,” clients can process unresolved experiences and release both emotional and physical symptoms. It’s particularly effective for trauma, anxiety, and performance issues.
